Maintenance methods for multi station modular machine tools

The multi station combination machine tool adopts an electrical measurement system, with diverse measurement methods, dynamic and static balance, and up to 10 support methods. The addition and removal of weight, as well as forward and reverse rotation, can be flexibly customized; Multiple calibration coefficient combinations, automatic adjustment of system sensitivity, no jumping during gear shifting, dual filtering of software and hardware, data compression, and stable measurement. The main spindle component is usually composed of a main spindle, bearings, and transmission parts (gears or pulleys). The motion accuracy and structural stiffness of the main spindle component are important factors determining the machining quality and cutting efficiency. The performance indicators of the main spindle component are mainly rotational accuracy, stiffness, and speed adaptability.

Operation steps of multi station combination machine tool:

1. Confirm that the cutting tools, fixtures, etc. on the machine tool have been installed and the processed workpiece has been placed in the corresponding workstation.

2. Press the start button to put the machine into operation.

3. Set the machining parameters of the machine tool according to the machining requirements, including cutting speed, feed rate, etc.

4. According to the process requirements, select the corresponding workstation, start the processing program of the workstation, and the machine tool will automatically perform processing.

5. During the machining process, observe the machining status of the workpiece in a timely manner to ensure machining quality.

6. After the workpiece is processed at a certain workstation, it is taken out from that workstation and placed in the next workstation to continue processing.

7. Repeat the above operation until the workpiece is processed.

8. According to the processing requirements, turn off the power of the machine tool and stop its operation.
